All the items we sell are eligible to be returned for a refund.
We will refund the full amount paid for the item being returned excluding any delivery charges made.
In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 14 days of purchase for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.
All you need to do is confirm your return to us in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and ensure your item is delivered back to us within 14 days of purchase.
All items returned must be in their original condition & packaging, it is your responsibility to look after the item whilst it is in your possession and we will not accept items back that are marked or have a smell of perfume, body lotions, fake tan or smoke.
Goods will be fully inspected on return and must have all security labels still attached.
We will e-mail you to inform you of our decision to refund and refunds may take 2-10 working days to credit back into your account depending on your card issuer.
All exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock a credit will be given.
In order to return an item please complete the returns form attached to your invoice, all of which will be enclosed with your order.
As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Exchanges must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase
If you receive a faulty item we will also refund your delivery charge where applicable.
Any returned item, which has been worn, will be returned to you and a return postage cost will be charged
